Talk to Quarl
There is one channel and it ends in a conversation with the people who would do the work: fifteen minutes, free, no sales deck.
Key takeaways
Contact is a 15-minute call, free and with no pitch, or an email to hello@quarl.co. No long form, no automated quote generator.
The call ends with one of three concrete answers: it can be fixed, it can be built, or it is not worth doing. The third comes up more often than you would expect.
Quarl works from Medellín, Colombia, 9:00 to 18:00 Monday to Friday (UTC−5), in English and Spanish. That window overlaps a full working day on the US East Coast.
Every service page publishes where it starts. The fixed number comes out of the call and arrives in writing 48 hours later.
The fifteen minutes, step by step
- You describe what is going onWhat you are building, or what stopped working and since when. None of it has to be documented — being able to describe it is enough.
- We ask what actually changes the answerWhere the information comes from, which systems it would connect to, and who looks at the output on the day it breaks. Those three questions set the budget.
- You get an answer, not a proposalIt can be fixed, it can be built, or it is not worth doing. If a quote makes sense, the proposal follows with written scope; nothing gets signed on the call.
What is worth having on hand
None of this is required. Every item you do have turns an exploratory call into one that reaches conclusions.
- If the system already exists, two or three examples of bad answers are worth more than any description of it.
- Where it comes from, how big it is, how often it changes. This is what decides whether the project runs two weeks or two months.
- CRM, ERP, database, WhatsApp, whatever you already run — and whether those systems expose an API at all.
- Five internal staff and five thousand customers are not the same system even when they do the same thing.
- A previous vendor or a pilot that never launched saves half the diagnostic.
Medellín, and remote for the rest
Operations run from Medellín, Colombia, at UTC−5. That overlaps Bogotá, Mexico City, Lima, Santiago and the US East Coast inside the same working day, which is the practical reason nearshore works and offshore at a twelve-hour difference does not.
Work happens in English and Spanish, and this entire site exists in both. Projects run remotely: video calls, a shared repository and working sessions with the people who actually run the process. Nobody needs to be in the room to see how it works.
Business hours are 9:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday, Colombia time (UTC−5), and that is exactly the window the calendar offers: what you see available is what exists. Outside those hours email is answered the next business day, and the calendar usually has room the same day you open it.
The fifteen minutes cost nothing and commit you to nothing. It is not a qualification call in disguise: if it becomes clear by minute five that Quarl is not what you need, we say so and suggest what to look for instead.
And if a paid diagnostic does not produce at least three actionable findings — each with its fix and its estimated effort — it is not billed. A diagnostic that changes no decision was not worth running, and we are the ones who should carry that risk.

How long does an email take to get answered?
A person reads it, not a form dropping into a shared inbox. Even so, if you need a fast answer the calendar is more direct: fifteen minutes produces a concrete conclusion, versus three rounds of email just to establish context.
Can I write instead of booking?
Yes. hello@quarl.co works for anything: technical questions, asking how we work, or simply checking whether your case fits before you take a slot. If the case is complex the reply will be to suggest the call, because writing it all out costs more time than describing it.
Do you work with clients outside Colombia?
Yes. Work runs remotely with teams across Latin America and the United States, in English or Spanish, and UTC−5 overlaps most of the Americas inside a working day. Clients outside the country are a normal part of operations, not an exception.
Is the call with a salesperson or with an engineer?
With an engineer. Quarl has no commercial team separate from the technical one, and that is exactly why fifteen minutes is enough: the questions that determine the budget are technical, and answering them through an intermediary makes everything longer without making it better.
Do you publish prices?
Yes. Every service page states where it starts and what raises the figure. We do not publish a range per service because it does not hold: an FAQ bot and an agent wired into the ERP sound alike and do not cost the same. Price is set by how many systems it connects to. The fixed number arrives in writing 48 hours after the call.
Do you sign an NDA?
Yes, and before seeing anything sensitive. For a diagnostic of an existing system we work on anonymized samples whenever personal data is involved. What happens to the information that reaches us through this site is covered in the privacy policy.
